I provide no nonsense representation from retainer to resolution. I understand the difficulties built into the system and the realities faced by individuals when they have to litigate. Because my business model is completely different than the standard "law firm" business model, I find I can often provide representation in cases that other firms can't and work with the uniqe aspects of your case in a way that law firms don't. I believe the best attorneys get the best results by personally getting to know all the facts and circumstances of each case. Many lawyers claim they fight for you to extract emotion based fees. Many pretend to be big firms. That's where the misleading begins. Realistically, almost every lawyer settles almost every case. And today, creating an internet presence that looks like a big firm costs less than five hundred dollars. The service you get may be worth even less. Representation that begins with these misleading images usually ends with a less than optimal result. I provide no nonsense representation without the misleading imagery.
