About Nicholas Timko
As a successful trial attorney for over 30 years Nicholas I. Having served as President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association(2010-2011), Mr. Timko has written and spoken out in support of the Civil Justice System to preserve the Seventh Amendment right to a trial by jury. He is a Dean of the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute having lectured on various legal tpoics and is also a member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice. Nicholas Timko has received the highest professional and ethical rating, AV, from Martindale Hubell and was named to the New York Super Lawyers for Personal Injury Law.
