Travis was born and raised in the small town of Rayne, Louisiana. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. After graduating from UL-Lafayette, Travis attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in May of 2015, and was admitted to practice law after passing the Louisiana Bar Exam in October of the same year.. Even though Travis has only been a licensed attorney since 2015, his legal career began during his first year at Loyola. He worked for a prominent personal injury law firm in Lafayette, Louisiana, and continued to work for that firm throughout law school. This provided Travis with the unique opportunity to learn the law and see it in practice simultaneously.. After graduating from Loyola, Travis began working for a personal injury firm in the New Orleans area. This opportunity gave him the courtroom experience and confidence needed to best represent his clients. Just prior to joining Mollere Beslin, Travis worked at an insurance defense firm. His experience working for the insurance company helped him to realize how unfair the system can be. He decided to rejoin the plaintiff side of practice and partnered with Aaron – his law school classmate and friend – with a burning desire to help injured clients get the justice they deserve.. Travis is ready to handle any case you throw at him, because he is just like you. He was recently involved in an accident where another driver ran a stop sign. Travis swerved to avoid the imminent accident, narrowly avoided a tree, and violently struck a curb and stop sign. The other driver fled the scene. Despite there being no impact with the other vehicle, Travis’s body was jolted and twisted as a result of striking the curb and stop sign in a violent manner. This resulted in severe injuries to his back. He has been seriously affected by this incident, and knows what it feels like to deal with life altering injuries and the difficulties accidents cause in a person’s life. He also knows first-hand what it feels like to deal with unsympathetic insurance companies that want to deprive you of justice.. Drawing from his own personal experience, Travis is passionate about the overall health and wellbeing of his clients. He vows to support his clients and help them achieve quality legal and medical care so that they may recover physically and financially..
