Nice guy...unfortunately paid more than I should have and got less.
Ask a question several times got charged for asking but never got an answer. Went to a high dollar, high profile lawyer and got much more productivity for a fraction of the price...

Mr. Lloyd helped resolve keeping my BNB open after the HOA demanded I close it. He is knowledgeable, experienced and personable. I highly recommend him.
