Heather E. Voorn is a partner with the law firm of Delaney Delaney & Voorn, Ltd. She dedicates her legal practice to Elder Law. Ms. Voorn is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation.*. Ms. Voorn is a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) for disabled adults and minors in Will County. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Will County Bar Association, the South Suburban Bar Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Greater Joliet. She currently serves on the Board of the Illinois Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Estate Planning Council of Greater Joliet. Ms. Voorn is also accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and serves on the faculty of the National Business Institute and the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education (IICLE).. Ms. Voorn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from The Florida State University, magna cum laude. She earned her J.D. at The John Marshall Law School, where she also graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Voorn was on the Law Review and externed for the Honorable Charles R.
