After graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting (B.S.B.A.) from the University of Denver, Mark began his legal studies at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 1973.  Mark joined now-senior partner Leo Newman at the longstanding law firm Goldenhersh & Newman, founded in 1958, to commence his practice of law as a plaintiff’s personal injury litigator. Within three years, Mark became a named partner at the newly-designated Newman & Bronson.  Since then, Mark has grown a successful practice and earned a reputation as a highly skilled trial attorney.. In order to further hone his trial skills and enhance his commitment to zealous advocacy of those hurt by others’ greed or negligence, Mark serves as an active member of numerous professional organizations:. Mark is admitted to the Missouri and Illinois bars and is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Eighth, Seventh, and Second Circuits..
