After earning his B.S. at Washington University in St. Louis, Richard continued at the University’s Law School and earned his J.D., serving with the Global Studies Law Review and being inducted into the Order of the Barristers upon graduation. He went on to earn his L.L.M. in Intellectual Property and Technology Law. Richard earned additional experience as a legal intern with the Illinois Third Judicial Circuit, where he focused on asbestos-related matters, and as a legal intern with the United States Attorney’s Office.
