Andrew is also a member of the board of directors for multiple local non-profits including Legal Aid of Western Missouri, Unconventional Business Network, MidAmerica Nazarene University Alumni Association, and 4L Foundation.. Andrew graduated Magna Cum Laude from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 1998, and then went on to graduate with honors from Drake University School of Law in December 2000, and was named Who's Who Among American Law Students.  He has been honored as a 'Top 40 Attorney Under 40' and a 'Super Lawyers Rising Star', and has been been selected to the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers list every year since 2020, an honor received by only 5% of attorneys in Missouri and Kansas who exhibit the highest levels of excellence in the practice of law.
