Cary received both his undergraduate degree and law degree from The University of Kansas. During law school he was a volunteer with VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) preparing tax returns for lower income individuals and also served as an officer of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity.Cary is a member of The United Methodist Church of the Resurrection and serves as a volunteer budgeter at Community LINC. He and his wife reside in Overland Park with their two dogs.Since opening his own practice Cary is focusing his efforts on providing competent, reliable and affordable bankruptcy representation to his clients.
