“Generally speaking, it’s rare for an attorney to heap praise on opposing counsel. However, Joseph is one of the few lawyers I have encountered in litigation practice whom I can say I have the pleasure of knowing and arguing against in court. Joseph and I represented clients in a very contentious matter in Spokane. As a Seattle attorney, the Spokane local procedural rules were new to me. Joseph steered me towards the correct rules to ensure that we would have a substantively fair hearing on the merits. In my mind, that is the height of professionalism, fair play, and what justice demands. Joseph was exceptionally kind and friendly, and everyone I communicated with within his firm was incredibly courteous and respectful. Moreover, Joseph’s knowledge of the law and ability to present his case was excellent. I highly endorse Joseph and recommend him to anyone that needs a first-rate lawyer in Spokane.”
