Mr. Medina, an Arizona native, grew up in the small mining community of Bagdad, Arizona. After graduating from the University of Arizona in 1989, Mr. Medina received a Patricia Roberts Harris Fellowship to attend Creighton University School of Law. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1992.. Mr. Medina joined Davis Miles McGuire and Gardner in December 2017. He handles a wide variety of cases including: products liability, catastrophic injury cases, police misconduct, negligence, employment cases, class actions, medical malpractice, and other complex litigation matters. Since 1999, Mr. Medina has focused his practice on representing individuals and their families who have suffered catastrophic injuries or death. He was admitted to the Colorado Supreme Court in 1995.
