Kristel grew up in the small town of Seneca, Missouri. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Communications with a minor in History at the University of Kansas, and then continued on to the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville to obtain her Juris Doctorate.. Kristel and her husband Carlos, have two children. In addition, Kristel and her family enjoy the furry companionship of their Weimaraner, Maya. When she is not working, you can find Kristel spending time with her family, cheering on the Arizona Cardinals, crafting, or at the bark park with her dog.
