Myada received her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and French from Furman University. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law.  She is a member of both the Georgia and South Carolina Bar Associations.. Following law school, Myada practiced in South Carolina primarily representing employers and insurance companies in workers' compensation claims.  She also worked as a Staff Attorney/Claims Litigation Specialist with a major insurance carrier located in Charlotte, NC.  These experiences provided her a unique perspective of the inner workings of insurance companies.  This is now an invaluable asset to her clients as she represents them from the "other side" of the table. She knows how large companies think and how they evaluate their cases. Myada now uses this knowledge and experience to bring the best possible results to her clients.. When Myada moved back to Atlanta, she continued to focus on employment and workers' compensation litigation while expanding her practice areas to include commercial and civil litigation. She shifted her focus on personal injury.. The daughter of immigrant parents, Myada has always had a passion for assisting those with the courage to come to the U.S. to seek a better life. Prior to establishing her own practice, she represented numerous individuals and families, on a pro-bono basis, seeking to do just that. She also worked with the Department of Homeland Security in the Immigration and Customs Enforcement division of the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor. Myada understands how DHS handles their cases. This inside knowledge provides her with a unique advantage when handling your immigration case.. Myada is an Atlanta native. She is a wife and a mother of a beautiful baby girl. She is passionate about traveling, which includes visiting her families in Egypt and France. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and working out.
