He received his B.A. in 2001 from Portland State University and attended high school in Troutdale, OR.. Bennett began working for Guinn & Dalton while in law school. Having identified with Mr. Guinn’s background and with the philosophy behind the practice, he was hired as an associate attorney upon admission to the bar.. Bennett’s practice focuses on representing injured and disabled workers in claims for benefits under Oregon workers’ compensation and Social Security disability laws.
