Having identified with Mr. Guinn’s background and with the philosophy behind the practice, he was hired as an associate attorney upon admission to the bar.. Bennett’s practice focuses on representing injured and disabled workers in claims for benefits under Oregon workers’ compensation and Social Security disability laws. Bennett strives to serve as an equalizer for injured and disabled workers against the powerful insurance companies and bureaucracies that attempt to avoid paying duly-owed benefits.
