My services range from writing the patent application, to responding to Office actions from the United States Patent and Trademark Office, to obtaining and maintaining an issued patent. I also help clients determine patentability and whether their product would infringe the intellectual property of others.. I am licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as well as in Oregon and California. I represent clients from all over the world.
