Jess’s responsibilities included: (1) handling commercial real estate transactions – Jess reviewed and/or drafted almost all documents from letter of intent to close for multiple state commercial real estate purchases/sales (with purchase prices between $1,000,000 and $30,000,000), and Jess drafted and negotiated leases and/or amendments; (2) Business Formations – Jess reviewed and/or drafted various formation documents for corporations, s-corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, etc.); (3) Estate Planning – Jess drafted and/or reviewed various estate documents including the Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, Living Wills, Revocable/Irrevocable Trust, Special Needs Trust, Memorandum of Trust, Certificate of Trust; and (4) Probate Administration – Jess drafted and filed probate documents in Ohio and Kentucky..
