I handle a variety of employment litigation cases stemming from discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation claims under State and Federal Laws, including Title VII, the ADEA and ADA, the FMLA, and the Kentucky Civil Rights Act, as well as breach of contract and wage claims. Throughout my legal career I have also drafted, reviewed, and advised on employment agreements, including non-compete and non-solicitation agreements and severance and release agreements.
