ERICA M. WOLFE, Esquire is an associate at Wolfe & Associates. Erica focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, and estate distribution. Erica assists clients through every step of the residential and commercial purchase and refinance process, including the review of all contracts, mortgage documents, title commitments, and surveys. Erica handles a wide range of estates and trusts matters, including drafting wills, trusts, special needs trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced health care directive documents.  She also assists clients in estate, trust, and guardianship administration.  Erica devotes a substantial portion of her time to estate planning, with a focus on asset distribution while minimizing potential tax liability on asset transfers.. In 2010, Erica graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.A. in political science, specializing in public law. She also received minors in business administration, leadership, philosophy, and legal studies. While a student at UD, Erica received the Kimberly Clark Bright Scholar Award, the Middletown Rotary Club Scholarship, and the Odessa Women’s Club Scholarship.  In 2014, Erica graduated with a J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School.  While in law school, Erica interned for the Honorable Jan R. Jurden in Superior Court. She was also involved in Phi Alpha Delta, the Women’s Law Caucus, and the Student Bar Association. Currently, Erica is a member of the Delaware Bar Association and a member of the real estate section.
