I put the law, accounting and estate planning practices together when deciding to obtain my certification for business valuations. It brings my accounting background, by analysis of the various valuation techniques, and my law background, researching and drafting the document, into one exercise. Working on a valuation utilizes all of my talents, which is one reason it has become more and more of my practice each year.. In 2009 I decided that I wanted to enhance my practice by learning about expert witness testimony. I became a certified financial forensic expert witness in early 2010. Working on the financial issues of litigation has again moved my practice into a world that combines all of my expertise in one project..
