Jerry is now Of Counsel with SchindelSegal, PLLC. As a Special Assistant Attorney General, he litigated state tax cases in 1968 and 1969.  Since then he has tried cases in a variety of areas, including sexual harassment, contracts, securities, trade secrets, non-compete agreements, patent and trademark, criminal, dealer termination and wrongful termination.. Jerry has tried many complex employment and commercial cases and has argued numerous cases before the Minnesota Supreme Court.   This includes the precedent setting sexual harassment case of Kenneh v. Homeward Bound which makes it easier for a victim to obtain a jury trial..
