Jerry is now Of Counsel with SchindelSegal, PLLC. Jerry has tried many complex employment and commercial cases and has argued numerous cases before the Minnesota Supreme Court.   This includes the precedent setting sexual harassment case of Kenneh v. Homeward Bound which makes it easier for a victim to obtain a jury trial..
