Matt is a shareholder with Thomsen Nybeck, an 18-attorney, full-service law firm located in Bloomington, Minnesota.  He is the head of the firm's community association representation group and co-chair of the firm's construction litigation group.  Matt has represented his clients through workouts, negotiations and the resolution of disputes, as well as the various phases of litigation, including motions, mediations, arbitrations, trials and appeals. He has tried numerous cases to successful conclusions, before both judges and juries and in both the federal and state courts of Minnesota, including bankruptcy proceedings, and he has successfully arbitrated matters before arbitrators from both the American Arbitration Association and Construction Arbitration Services.
