With more than 20 years of legal experience, I focus my practice on representing creditors and debtors in commercial litigation and complex bankruptcy matters. In 1998, I was appointed by the United States Trustee, United States Department of Justice, to serve as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the District of Minnesota. I have also served as a Chapter 11 Operating Trustee, successfully administering a farm, a mall, gentlemen’s club, a restaurant and a software company..
