Before joining Nichols Kaster, Brock practiced with a major Twin Cities law firm litigating complex multimillion-dollar lawsuits in numerous federal courts across the country, including appearances in the District of Delaware, the Eastern District of Texas, the District of Minnesota, and the Western District of Wisconsin, and before administrative agencies including the International Trade Commission.. Brock’s pro bono practice includes appointments as a Special Assistant State Public Defender representing clients before the Minnesota Court of Appeals.. Before entering private practice, Brock clerked for Judges Christopher J. Dietzen and Bruce D. Willis at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, teaching courses in appellate brief writing and coaching several successful moot court teams.
