Tim's employment law practice focuses on representation of individual employees in civil state and federal court litigation, and Tim has handled cases involving issues of disability discrimination, Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA") violations, Occupational Safety and Health Act ("OSHA") violations, age discrimination, race discrimination, wage and hour issues, defamation, contract disputes, non-compete issues, and severance agreement negotiation.
