Steve Halloran grew up on a farm outside of New Prague, Minnesota and received his bachelor’s degree from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN. He then received his law degree from University of St. Thomas School of Law.. Steve comes to Fields Law with vast experience dealing with both Workers’ Compensation and, more importantly, helping people. Steve previously worked for a prominent Workers’ Compensation defense firm and understands the tactics that they may employ to deny or dispute claims. He often became frustrated with the fact that people with legitimate workplace injuries were left struggling. Steve also previously worked in Family Law and understands how to connect with people during one of the most difficult times of their lives. He believes that one of the most important questions that we can ask ourselves is, “what have I done to help someone today”?. By combining both his extensive knowledge of Workers’ Compensation as well as his experience helping people who are struggling, Steve is uniquely situated to help people who have suffered a workplace injury. He believes that getting them the benefits they deserve is of the utmost importance and will fight tirelessly on their behalf.. Mr. Halloran is admitted to practice in Minnesota State Courts. He is also a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, Dakota County Bar Association, and Washington County Bar Association.. In his free time, Steve enjoys football, playing with his puppy, and trying new restaurants with his wife.
