A native of northwest Minnesota, Jason Kohlmeyer learned the value of hard work early, spending summers on his uncle’s farm and serving in the U.S. Army Reserve as an intelligence analyst while still in high school. He worked his way through Concordia College in Moorhead and later earned his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul in 2000.. After clerking with the Dakota County Attorney’s Office, Jason saw firsthand how critical it is for clients to have direct access to lawyers who listen, explain, and advocate. That belief shaped his approach when he co-founded his law firm in 2008—focused on delivering highly personal and effective legal service..
