Lindsay received an MBA from Central Missouri State University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Avila University. She is admitted to the bar in Missouri and Kansas.. After law school, Lindsay served as a law clerk for the Honorable Duane Benton of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Ortrie D. Smith, District Court judge for the Western District of Missouri. Following her clerkships, Lindsay practiced commercial and employment litigation at the law firm of Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP.
