Mr. Troso focuses his entire practice on defending clients in Criminal, DWI, and Traffic cases. With extensive experience in law enforcement, having worked as a police officer, an investigator, and a Prosecutor, Mr. Troso brings a wealth of knowledge to draw on in the defense of his clients. After graduating the Police Academy, Mr. Troso worked as a Police Officer prior to begining his career as an Investigator with the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice.  He assisted in training new investigators and, after being Certified by the Police Training Commission he taught at area police academies. While working full time for the Division of Criminal Justice as an investigator he attended Rutgers Law School in the evenings.. After graduationg law school he began his legal career as a Prosecutor working in the capacity as a Deputy Attorney General for the NJ Division of Criminal Justice prosecuting complex criminal cases.  He then begain practicing at a small boutique law firm where he started focusing on criminal and DWI defense.  There he handled thousands of cases involving motions, pleas, trials and appeals.. He currently is Of Counsel to the law firm of Helmer, Conley, & Kasselman PA.  There Mr. Troso continues to assist clients in Criminal, DWI, and traffic matters.  Helmer, Conley, & Kasselman PA, has been defending clients for over 30 years and has 14 offices conveniently located throughout the State.  They have a team of 50 attorneys with over twenty former prosecutors and police officers on staff.  experience..
