Alfonso Gambone, Esq. is an aggressive trial attorney who has successfully represented hundreds of individuals  throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey where he is admitted to the state and federal bars.  He is passionate about the legal profession and protecting the constitutional rights of individuals.. Mr. Gambone entered private practice with one of Philadelphia’s largest and most prominent law firms. He continued his career with a litigation boutique firm before starting his own practice. Prior to private practice, he served in the United States Army as a commissioned officer in the Judge Advocate General Corps.  An Iraq War veteran, Mr. Gambone served as the lead military prosecutor for Army’s 10th Mountain Division’s First Brigade Combat Team at Fort Drum, New York and during its 2005-2006 Operation Iraqi Freedom Deployment.. He is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School and received his undergraduate education in Business Administration from Villanova University. Mr. Gambone earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Temple University and received his military education, training and commission from The Judge Advocate General’s School on the campus of the University of Virginia.. In addition to his undergraduate, graduate, and military educations, Mr. Gambone holds a Master of Laws (L.L.M.), a post doctorate academic degree focused on trial advocacy and courtroom presentation from Temple University’s School of Law.  He is a firm believer in a “sharpening the saw” professional life and regularly attends continuing legal education to keep his oral advocacy and legal writing skills sharp. He is a former adjunct instructor of criminal law and continues to write on the subject through the firm’s monthly newsletter and blog.  Mr. Gambone is an active member of the American Bar and the Philadelphia Bar Assocations.. Personally, Mr. Gambone and his wife, Dr. Rita Carabello, a board-certified family physician, are the proud parents of their children, Alfonso Antonino and Flavia Grace.  They are firm believers in a strong mind and strong body.  Alfonso and Rita lead their lives focused on traditonal family values, continuous self improvement,  education, and physical fitness,.  They maintain a strong faith and are active members of their church.
