Scott C. McKinley, Esq. is a civil trial lawyer.  He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Rutgers-Camden School of Law.. For over 17 years, Scott has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for thousands of injured clients.  His litigation and trial experience includes construction accidents, worker injuries, defective machinery and products, catastrophic brain injuries, tractor trailer and commercial vehicle accidents, electrical injuries, medical and hospital malpractice, and complex insurance coverage actions.
