Brandon J. Perloff is a lifelong Philadelphian with deep roots in the legal community throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a graduate of Penn State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience. Brandon then went on to earn his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Widener University’s Delaware Law School, where he was selected for the Moot Court Honor Society and served as a Senior Editor on the Law Journal.. Brandon is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Courts for both the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. He began his legal career at boutique litigation firms in the region before establishing his own practice, where he handled a wide range of matters with a focus on consumer and commercial bankruptcy, employment disputes, real estate litigation, and general civil matters.. Brandon has significant experience representing clients in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Subchapter V and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, including contested matters and adversary proceedings. He has successfully argued before trial and appellate courts, negotiated with trustees and creditors, and counseled individuals and businesses through complex financial issues. With nearly a decade of experience in litigation and restructuring, Brandon brings a pragmatic, client-focused approach to every matter he handles.. He is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.. Brandon continues to reside in Philadelphia, where he is an avid supporter of the city’s sports teams. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking the region’s parks and trails and exploring new parts of the city he calls home.
