Upon graduation from West Chester University, Mr. Ivans pursued his law degree at Widener University School of Law. Mr. Ivans graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1990. During law school, Mr. Ivans wrote for the Delaware Law Forum and participated as a volunteer with the Post-Conviction Relief Clinic.. After graduating law school, Mr. Ivans clerked for both the Honorable Paul R. Porreca, Presiding Judge in the Criminal Division-Camden County and the Honorable Leon A. Wingate, Criminal Division-Camden County.. Following his clerkship, Mr. Ivans entered private practice concentrating his legal practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Employment law, Bankruptcy, Wills and Estates and Municipal Court matters.
