David was born in Camden, New Jersey. He graduated from Farleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting in 1976. He then graduated from the Delaware Law School of Widener University with his Juris Doctor degree in 1979.. Currently David resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with his wife, Cheryle and two Golden Retrievers, Bentley and Beau. He is an avid fan of all Philadelphia Sports Teams and enjoys spending time at his homes in Florida and the Jersey Shore
