He is also admitted to the bars of the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, three federal courts of appeals (Third, Fourth and District of Columbia circuits), and several U.S. district courts. Mr. Broaddus is a 1975 graduate of Boston University. In 1981, he obtained a juris doctor degree from the Washington College of Law at American University. While there, he excelled academically and was selected as a Dean’s Fellow. In 1999, he received a master of laws degree in environmental law from George Washington University Law School..
