Keith T. (Ret.) in Hudson County, New Jersey. As Judge Iglesias’ Judicial Law Clerk, Keith worked in one of the busiest dockets in one of New Jersey’s busiest counties, handling matters from filing to disposition. During his clerkship, Keith also became certified as a New Jersey mediator and conducted mediation conferences between litigants to facilitate settlement.Following his clerkship, Keith joined an Essex County boutique firm before working as an in-house trial attorney for New Jersey’s largest auto insurer. There, Keith managed a heavy caseload comprised of automobile, motorcycle, and pedestrian accidents; and regularly litigated first-party claims arising out of uninsured/underinsured (UM/UIM) motorist coverage.
