Karen G. Poppy's practice includes both workers' compensation and civil litigation. She maintains her own practice representing injured workers in workers' compensation litigation, as well as businesses with workers' compensation insurance coverage issues. Karen also serves as of counsel to Jaret & Jaret, providing litigation and general counsel representation in the areas of construction, business, real estate, employment, consumer class actions, insurance, insurance coverage, and personal injury.
