Raised in the Inland Empire, Samy moved to New York where he completed his undergraduate degree at Columbia University, earning a B.A. in American Political Science. After college, he served as the National Project Manager for a non-profit organization then completed his degree at the Syracuse University College of Law.. While in law school Samy argued for Syracuse’s top-ranked National Trial Team and won first-place in the school's mediation competition. Looking to be active locally, he served low-income families as a student attorney under the criminal defense and bankruptcy clinics.Before co-founding Harmoush & Rashedi Law Group LLP, Samy established The Harmoush Law Firm where he successfully handled criminal defense, personal injury, and employment matters..
