If you need an "expungement" or a dismissal under Penal Code Section 1203 point 4 (or one of the appropriate code sections), please contact my office for an application to determine whether you qualify. The expungement process may clean up your adult record by limiting information that appears on background checks. Also, some of the consequences of your conviction may be relieved with a dismissal. The dismissal will not erase the offense from your criminal record, but it does show that the conviction was dismissed if the court grants the request. There is a great deal of information about this subject matter, and it is important to know there is some relief out there. I was honored to be a Deputy Child Support Attorney for Riverside County Department of Child Support Services. I was also specially deputized for child support prosecution cases as a Riverside County Deputy District Attorney.. In 2017, it was an honor to be a Judge Pro Tem for Los Angeles Superior Court. This was a volunteer position. I  presided in Family Law and Traffic Court.. I obtained my Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University College of Law. I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Cal. State Fullerton. I also minored in Speech Communication. I used to play baseball at Cal. State Fullerton, and am a competitor at heart.
