The dismissal will not erase the offense from your criminal record, but it does show that the conviction was dismissed if the court grants the request. I was also specially deputized for child support prosecution cases as a Riverside County Deputy District Attorney.. In 2017, it was an honor to be a Judge Pro Tem for Los Angeles Superior Court. This was a volunteer position. I  presided in Family Law and Traffic Court.. I obtained my Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University College of Law. I obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Cal. State Fullerton. I also minored in Speech Communication. I used to play baseball at Cal. State Fullerton, and am a competitor at heart.
