Attorney Sarai received his B.S. degree with honors in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge with an emphasis in Business Law and a minor in Political Science. Mr. Sarai served as President of the Association of Business Law Students as an undergraduate student and received the Business Law Department’s Scholarship award. While in law school, Attorney Sarai focused on corporate and securities law. He was also Chair of the Association of Business Law Students. Mr. Sarai began as an associate at California’s largest consumer bankruptcy firm. He then went on to build and grow a new law firm as a partner. Since then, he has begun his own firm practicing Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Debt Issues and Creditor Harassment. John has discharged millions of dollars through successful business and consumer bankruptcies which have helped his clients save their homes, businesses, and financial has also obtained millions in settlements for clients injured in accidents.. John is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of California.. In his spare time, John enjoys boating, watersports, and coaching youth basketball.
