Giovanni H. Falcon is the managing attorney of the pre-litigation department at Sepulveda Sanchez Law and was previously a litigation attorney at Vistas Law Group, LLP where he litigated various civil litigation matters for years. While the majority of Mr. Falcon’s career has been in civil litigation, Mr. Falcon finds that this extensive experience makes him a complete attorney in either settling pre-litigation personal injury cases or priming his cases in anticipation for litigation. As a well-tempered, but aggressive litigator working in pre-litigation, Mr. Falcon has settled millions of dollars’ worth of personal injury cases and is very passionate about helping those injured in accidents.. Mr. Falcon obtained his undergraduate degree from the Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and earned his law degree from Western State College of Law in Irvine. During law school, Mr. Falcon served as Editor-in-Chief of Western State’s Law Review where he oversaw the publication of an entire legal journal and published his own legal publication on the legal development of arbitration clauses: Class Action Waivers – The Modern David and Goliath Battle Sparked by Ambiguous Arbitration Clauses. In addition, Mr. Falcon received the recognition of Dean’s Fellow, was a member of the national honor society of criminal justice: Alpha Phi Sigma and was awarded with the Witkin Award for Federal Income Taxation. Mr. Falcon would capsulate his law school career by clerking for the Honorable Judge Deidre Hill at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, and later, would extern at Western State’s Immigration clinic where Mr. Falcon won his first case, an asylum case that ended with his client obtaining residency in the United States.. After law school, Giovanni has worked directly with families to resolve their estate planning issues. Giovanni has experience in practicing in all three stages of estate planning which are: (1) drafting, (2) administration, and (3) litigation. Giovanni was originally inspired to practice estate planning to assist first-time home buyers and minorities achieve generational wealth. Giovanni wants to disprove the stigma that to help minorities with their legal affairs, one must work in either immigration or criminal defense. However, after working as a tax preparer for over a decade, Giovanni has realized that his skillset can be best utilized by helping families preserve their assets and be able to pass them down for the generation to come. Mr. Falcon truly believes that the only thing that separates ordinary families and ultra-high-net worth families from Beverly Hills is access to information. After careful planning and zealous representation, Giovanni hopes to help his client achieve generational wealth for their families.. Currently, Mr. Falcon is also on the Judicial Endorsement Committee for the Mexican American Bar Association of Los Angeles where he evaluates the qualifications and judicial temperament of appointment candidates seeking endorsement and support. When Mr. Falcon is not serving his community or practicing law, he is either playing soccer, exploring new food spots with wife, running, or walking his dog, Bella.
