He also has experience handling SBA loans, complex title and title insurance matters, and workouts of distressed real estate projects.In addition to his legal practice, Joe serves as a Commissioner on the Los Angeles County Workforce Investment Board and the Florence Firestone Economic Development Council, is a board member of the Century Sheriff's Station Foundation and formerly served on the City of Redondo Beach Budget and Finance Commission. He also provides pro bono counsel to a start-up private school in the South Bay as well as other various philanthropic organizations in the Los Angeles Area.
