Ruslan Kondratyuk was awarded membership to the Heuisler Honor Society when he graduated in the top 10% of his class from the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, Ruslan held an executive position on the flagship journal, the University of Baltimore Law Review.  Ruslan graduated summa cum laude from Towson University, earning a B.S. in Computer Information Systems.. Prior to joining D’Amore Personal Injury Law, LLC, Ruslan cultivated his litigation skills in various trial advocacy courses, clerking for prestigious law firms, and arguing in front of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals as a Rule 16 attorney.  After completing law school, Ruslan practiced at a prominent medical malpractice law firm for five years.  Currently, Ruslan focuses his practice on representing victims of medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injury.. In 2012, Ruslan utilized his technical computer background when he worked closely on two significant medical malpractice trials, which resulted in verdicts of $55,000,000 and $21,000,000 for children who suffered birth injuries at the hands of prominent Maryland hospitals.  In May of 2013, Ruslan second-chaired a difficult birth injury medical malpractice case and received a $15,650,000 verdict in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County against a nurse midwife and hospital whose negligence during labor and delivery led to the child suffering a brain injury at birth.  Over the years, Ruslan has obtained numerous medical malpractice settlements for his clients in cases involving brain injury, retained surgical instruments, surgical errors, death, dismemberment, brachial plexus injuries, and others.. Ruslan is fluent in Russian.  He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Maryland Association for Justice.  Ruslan has been admitted to practice law in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Federal Court.
