Kaitlyn Tauber was born and raised in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Kaitlyn is an experienced real estate title and transactional attorney with a vast array of experience within both the real estate and legal services industries. Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Baltimore, as well as her Juris Doctorate (Law) Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Anne Arundel County Bar Association, Maryland Land and Title Association, and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Kaitlyn is a Barred Attorney for the State of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District Court of Maryland, and is awaiting pending reciprocity admittance in DC. Furthermore, she is a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, Maryland Real Estate Salesperson/Agent, and Maryland Title Insurance Producer.. Kaitlyn began her career in both the real estate and legal industries after graduating from her undergraduate program when she began working at a real estate law firm as a full-time Paralegal. Here, she assisted with a variety of different real estate matters such as title, settlements, contracts of sales for both commercial and residential real estate, deeds, negotiations on behalf of clients with lending institutions and banks in regards to Short Sales, Deed in Lieu of Foreclosures, and Loan Modifications. It was during this time that Kaitlyn learned of her passion to help others in relation to real estate transactions. It was also during her time as a Paralegal that Kaitlyn decided to attend law school in the evenings to pursue her law degree. After Kaitlyn’s time as a Paralegal at the real estate law firm, she moved on to work in the mortgage lending industry where she worked as a full-time Mortgage Loan Underwriter and thereafter, as a Legal Regulatory Analyst for a mortgage lending institution, all while continuing to pursue her law degree in the evenings.. After law school, Kaitlyn began her career as an Attorney. She has handled and supervised all types of residential and commercial real estate transactions and has experience in all aspects of real estate and title law and processes. In addition to her knowledge of real estate and title law, she possesses additional expertise and experience in independently handling family law, probate law, business entity counseling, contracts, confessed judgments, trust and estates, and both small and large-claim breach of contract litigation.. Ms. Tauber’s experience in working professionally within different areas of law has given her and our team a unique perspective to recognize and appreciate all passions and objectives found within our client’s circumstances and pursuits.
