Adam’s litigation and appeals practice addresses a broad range of civil litigation issues, including contract disputes, property disputes, financial disputes, real estate matters, environmental law, technology disputes, securities fraud, bankruptcy matters, liability problems, toxic torts, and outdoor recreation matters.  Adam regularly and effectively negotiates settlements of these same types of civil disputes..
