I am an immigration attorney with over nine (9) years of experience in immigration law. I have devoted my legal career to meeting the immigration needs of both individuals and businesses.  I am currently working as a Senior Attorney at Immigration Law & Visa LLP.  For the last five years, I have specialized in assisting individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts, education, business, sciences, and athletics in the filing of O-1 and EB-1 petitions.  Through this work, I have helped numerous world renowned musicians, actors, artists, producers, directors, designers, scientists, chefs, business executives, and engineers pursue their professional endeavors in the United States by obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based visas. In addition, I have assisted a wide range of corporate clients in obtaining a broad spectrum of immigration benefits on behalf of their foreign national employees. In addition, since the start of my career I have counseled and successfully represented clients in multiple areas of immigration law, including family and employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, naturalization, waivers of inadmissibility, as well as asylum, U visa, and VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) applications..
