I am an immigration attorney with over nine (9) years of experience in immigration law. I have devoted my legal career to meeting the immigration needs of both individuals and businesses.  I am currently working as a Senior Attorney at Immigration Law & Visa LLP.  For the last five years, I have specialized in assisting individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts, education, business, sciences, and athletics in the filing of O-1 and EB-1 petitions.  Through this work, I have helped numerous world renowned musicians, actors, artists, producers, directors, designers, scientists, chefs, business executives, and engineers pursue their professional endeavors in the United States by obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based visas. In addition, since the start of my career I have counseled and successfully represented clients in multiple areas of immigration law, including family and employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, naturalization, waivers of inadmissibility, as well as asylum, U visa, and VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) applications.. I work on a variety of immigration matters.  I have assisted both corporations and individuals around the world, acquiring nonimmigrant and immigrant visas through employment, family. and asylum.  I have significant experience in employment-based visas for individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts, sciences, athletics, and business sectors.  Moreover, I have over 6 years of experience handling removal defense cases before the U.S. immigration Courts involving asylum, hardship waivers, and cancellation of removal.  I have extensive experience in writing appeals and motions to reopen or reconsider before the Board of Immigration Appeals and Federals Courts.  Finally, I also have experience working with the federal district courts in civil cases involving writs of mandamus, seeking to compel government agencies, such as USCIS, to perform their duty to adjudicate immigration petitions and applications.
