I awarded a Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern University in 1996 & was admitted to the California State Bar that same year. I am authorized to practice law before the Central & Southern District Federal Courts, a member of MENSA, & a LGBTQIA+ ally. My practice areas include: Employment-Based immigration (H-1B, PERM, E-1/2, L-1A/B), Family-Based immigration (K-1, AOS, I-751, LQBTQIA marriage), Battered Spouse petitions (VAWA & I-751 Joint Filing Waivers) & Naturalization.
