He is a proud product of Maryland Public Schools and a graduate of Westminster Senior High School. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, his Master of Science in Education, Administration and Supervision from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland.. Mr. McDaniels is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland. He is a proud member of the National Lawyers Guild, Maryland State Bar Association, American Bar Association, National Association of Realtors, and the Baltimore Teachers Union. Mr. McDaniels serves on the Board of Directors of CLIA (Community Law in Action).. Mr. McDaniels lives in Thurmont in Frederick County, Maryland with his wife and daughter.
