He started volunteering for the Free Legal Advice Clinic at Good Samaritan Ministries in Johnson City while still attending law school.. Jesse has practiced civil litigation, bankruptcy, employment, and personal injury law throughout the East Tennessee region.. Jesse served in the U.S. Army Reserves from 2002 until 2011 when he was honorably discharged following deployments to Bosnia, Iraq, and the Horn of Africa.. In his spare time, he plays golf, spends time with his son, reads, watches sports, and cheers on the Vols.. Jesse is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, and the Washington County Bar Association, of which he is a Past President.
