My staff and I make every effort to make our clients comfortable while dealing with this difficult time in their lives. You will not be pressured to make an immediate decision but will be given sufficient information to permit you to make an informed decision.. I have served as a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee since 1982. I have actively represented debtors from the Northeast Tennessee region in all chapters of bankruptcy since 1980. My practice has been devoted solely to bankruptcy and financial workouts since 2000. I am active in bankruptcy related professional organizations and a frequent speaker on bankruptcy related topics. I am not certified as a bankruptcy specialist as I have never chosen to pursue such a certification.
