I represent my Clients through the Probate process and take particular attention to swiftly moving the probate through the Court system to see your Letters Testamentary are issued as quickly as possible. I also have represented hundreds of both Landlords and Tenants in both residential & commercial lease agreements, lease disputes, repair and remedy cases, and Eviction cases. Again, my job is making sure your rights are protected and that your issues are resolved as soon as possible. I also assist clients in preparing for small claims actions who wish to proceed pro bono, as well as representing those in small claims matters who feel representation is necessary.. I now offer a 15 minutes free consultation by either phone or Zoom to provide a quick case analysis of your situation, and whether legal action will be necessary, or resolution of the matter may be achieved with sound legal advice.
